TOKYO, 21 NOV (NAMPA) – Nghihupwamunhu Nambala on Friday became the second Namibian athlete to progress from the heats to the next round of his events at the Deaflympic Games after clocking a new personal best in the 800 metres.
Nambala, whose previous best stood at two minutes eight seconds (02:08:10), produced a spirited run in heat five of the men’s 800m at the ongoing Deaflympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
