OTJIWARONGO, 20 NOV (NAMPA) - The Otjozondjupa police have called for safe and peaceful political campaign rallies this weekend in Otjiwarongo, where political parties intend to hold their final campaign events ahead of the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections on Wednesday.
