The Palestinian health ministry said Thursday that Israeli troops shot dead a teenager in the occupied West Bank, while the military accused him of throwing explosives at soldiers. The Ramallah-based ministry identified the 15-year-old as Murad Saifin, who according to the military had been killed late on Wednesday.
