Sudanese army says to continue fighting despite U.S. truce proposal

KHARTOUM, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Sudanese army announced on Tuesday that it will press on with fighting against the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) following a meeting of the Security and Defense Council to discuss a U.S. proposal for a humanitarian truce.
