SANAA, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The Houthi movement, which controls Yemen's capital Sanaa and much of the northwest, announced a general mobilization on Monday, calling on allied tribes to prepare for a potential Israeli air strike. The announcement came a day after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu labeled the group a threat to Israel, saying efforts were underway to neutralize it.
