VLADIVOSTOK, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Two earthquakes with a magnitude of 6.2 were recorded off the coast of Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia's Far East on Monday, according to the local geophysical service. The first quake occurred at 7:10 p.m. local time (0710 GMT), with the epicenter at a depth of 22.3 km in Avacha Bay, 154 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, local research scientists said.
