MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - There is no clear framework yet for international oversight of Iranian nuclear program, but despite many speculations, Tehran is expected to remain in the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov told RIA Novosti.
