MOSCOW, October 26 (RIA Novosti) - The efforts of people's diplomacy help protect Russia's legitimate interests on the international stage, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday in a greeting to the participants and guests of the Joint Effort Forum in Moscow.
