7 dead in Nepal's traffic accident

KATHMANDU, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Seven people were killed on Friday evening when a sport utility vehicle veered off a cliff in western Nepal, local police said. The vehicle with 17 people onboard fell about 500 meters off the road in Rukum West district, killing seven on the spot, said Hari Prasad Pun, spokesperson for the district police.
