NEW YORK, October 24 (RIA Novosti) - Oil prices have risen following new US sanctions on Russia and are expected to climb even higher, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Russian special presidential envoy for economic cooperation with foreign countries, Kirill Dmitriev, told reporters in Friday.
