MOSCOW, October 24 (RIA Novosti) - The European Commission hopes to provide Ukraine with a loan worth 150 billion euros ($174 billion) based on frozen assets of the Russian Central Bank by the end of 2025, EU Commissioner for Defense and Space Andrius Kubilius said on Friday.
