London (PA Media/dpa) - Sean Dyche and Danny Rohl had mixed fortunes as their respective Nottingham Forest and Rangers reigns got under way in the Europa League. Forest won for the first time since the opening day of the season as Porto were beaten 2-0 at the City Ground.
