LA PAZ, October 21 (RIA Novosti) - Bolivia will restore relations with the United States, President-elect Rodrigo Paz said. On Sunday, economist Rodrigo Paz of the Christian Democratic Party won 54.6% of the vote, while his opponent Jorge Quiroga received 45.4%, according to results based on more than 97% of ballots counted.
