UNITED NATIONS, October 20 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has received letters from Russia, Iran, and China regarding UN Security Council Resolution 2231 on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Monday.
