WASHINGTON, October 17 (RIA Novosti) - Hopes of a seasonal "Uptober" celebration for Bitcoin are fast fading as the cryptocurrency faces a second straight weekly loss in an unrelenting selloff that threatens to make the month its second worst for the year.
