WALVIS BAY, 16 OCT (NAMPA) – For years, his warm smile and open-door philosophy transformed an ordinary table at the famous Atlantic Hotel in Walvis Bay into a diplomatic landmark.
Presidents, ambassadors, ministers, entrepreneurs, and everyday Namibians often found themselves around “Table 10”, a place where laughter flowed freely, partnerships were forged and barriers quietly fell away.
