WASHINGTON, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - US artificial intelligence developer OpenAI and chipmaker AMD have signed an agreement under which the former will get 6 gigawatt to power its AI infrastructure, as well as right to acquire around 10% of the latter's stock, the companies said in a statement on Monday.
