Six Women Elected to New Syrian Parliament – Election Commission

BEIRUT, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - Six women have been elected to the 210-seat Syrian parliament, representing 3.5% of lawmakers, provisional results released on Monday by the Central Election Commission (CEC) showed.
