Kuwait City (dpa) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul met his Israeli counterpart Gideon Saar in Tel Aviv on Monday ahead of his surprise visit to Egypt, where talks are under way on US President Donald Trump's plan for peace in Gaza.
