MOSCOW, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has already scheduled numerous international telephone calls for his birthday, October 7, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday. "As a rule, the president receives congratulations from his foreign colleagues throughout the day.
