WINDHOEK, 02 OCT (NAMPA) – Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp on Thursday announced the appointment of the interim board of the National Youth Council (NYC) at the Government Information Centre.
