ADB revises down Cambodia's growth due to border tensions, U.S. tariff hike

PHNOM PENH, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Tuesday revised its growth forecast for Cambodia from 6.1 percent to 4.9 percent for 2025 due to border tensions with Thailand and U.S. tariff hike. The lender also reduced the kingdom's growth for 2026 to 5 percent from an earlier projection of 6.2 percent.
