Berlin (dpa) - Rudi Völler will step down as German national team sporting director when his contract expires after the Euro 2028 tournament. Völler, 65, took the job in early 2023 and his latest deal runs until 2028. "I have renewed twice. But it is really over after the summer of 2028," Völler told Stern magazine.
