MOSCOW, September 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will launch the world's first nuclear power system with a closed fuel cycle by 2030, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday. "Now I am coming to the main thing, which I think Russia can be proud of, because in 2030 we in Russia, in the Tomsk Region, plan to launch the world's first nuclear power system with a closed fuel cycle," Putin said at the World Atomic Week international forum in Mosco......
