Germany director Völler to receive Sports Legend award

Frankfurt (dpa) - Germany national team director Rudi Völler will be honoured as "Sports Legend" at the 43rd Sports Press Ball on November 8 in Frankfurt. Völler stands out for his "humanity, authenticity, credibility, and attitude" and has "long deserved" this award, said ball organizer Jörg Müller.
