WASHINGTON, September 23 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday that Washington’s ability to mediate in the Ukraine conflict would diminish if it moves forward with more sanctions on Russia. "The minute we go heavy on the sanctions and everything else, our ability to act as a broker to bring about peace is diminished," Rubio told NBC.
