SWAKOPMUND, 22 SEP (NAMPA) - The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) on Monday confirmed the arrest of Walvis Bay Rural Constituency Councillor, Florian Donatus on charges of fraud, theft and money laundering.
Donatus is also the chairperson of the Erongo Regional Council Management Committee.
