OMUTHIYA, 22 SEP (NAMPA) – The police in the Oshikoto Region are investigating a case in which a Namibian minor was allegedly raped by an Angolan national.
According to Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson Kauna Shikwambi, the victim is 14 years old and the suspect is a 17-year-old domestic worker at the victim’s neighbour’s house.
The incident reportedly occurred on Saturday at Onamanyoka village in the Omuthiya Constituency.
