RUNDU, 20 SEP (NAMPA) - Ndama East residents celebrated on Friday after the government, through Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare and Education Minister Sanet Steenkamp, announced that a new school will be built, replacing tree-based learning for over 500 local learners.
