WINDHOEK, 15 SEP (NAMPA) – City of Windhoek (CoW) Mayor, Ndeshihafela Larandja announced that CoW is preparing to pilot low-carbon public transport buses under the eMobility Windhoek Initiative, toward a cleaner, more sustainable future for the city.
