MOSCOW, September 12 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank of Russia said on Friday that it had decided to reduce the key rate to 17% annum, as expected. "On 12 September 2025, the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided to cut the key rate by 100 basis points to 17.00% per annum," the regulator said in a statement.
