RTC overstates Namwater payable account by N.dollars 13 million: Kandjeke

KATIMA MULILO, 10 SEP (NAMPA) – The Rundu Town Council (RTC) overstated the NamWater account payable balance of N.dollars 107 619 251 by N.dollars 13 176 285 in comparison with the statement balance of N.dollars 94 442 966 on 30 June 2020.
This information is contained in Auditor-General Junias Kandjeke’s audit report for RTC for the years 2020, 2019 and 2018, which was finalised in May this year but only availed to this agency this week.
