OPUWO, 09 SEP (NAMPA) - The Swapo Party has announced its plans to regain control of the Khorixas Town Council and constituency office in the upcoming November Regional Council and Local Authority elections. The announcement follows the finalization of the party’s candidate selection process in the Kunene region.
