OTJIWARONGO, 08 SEP (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Monday convened an 11-day workshop for its officials at Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region in preparation for the 26 November Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections.
