KATIMA MULILO, 07 SEP (NAMPA) - The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) has criticised Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa’s appointment of Marina Kandumbu as the new administrator for the Katima Mulilo Town Council, effective 01 September.
Kandumbu’s appointment follows Sankwasa’s dissolution of the previous town council in August due to alleged mismanagement and financial irregularities.
