OHAKWEENYANGA, 05 SEP (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has hailed the late Lieutenant General Solomon Hawala, former Chief of the Namibian Defence Force (NDF), as a national hero whose legacy will endure.
Speaking at a memorial service for Hawala at Ohakweenyanga village in the Oshana Region on Friday, Nandi-Ndaitwah stated that heroes like Hawala do not truly die because their contributions continue to shape the country.
