OHAKWEENYANGA, 05 SEP (NAMPA) – Retired General Martin Shali has made a direct appeal to President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah to consider documenting the histories and contributions of all heroes of the liberation struggle.
Shali made the plea on Friday while delivering a eulogy for former NDF Chief Solomon Hawala at a memorial service held at Ohakweenyanga village in the Oshana Region.
