Germany captain Gwinn to miss Bayern's Bundesliga opener

Munich (dpa) - National team captain Giulia Gwinn will miss Bayern Munich's start into the women's Bundesliga season on Saturday as she is yet to fully recover from a knee injury sustained at Euro 2025. Gwinn suffered ligament damage in her left knee during Germany's tournament opener against Poland on July 4.
