Swedish inflation rises to 1.1% in August, highest level in months

Copenhagen (dpa-AFX) - Consumer price inflation in Sweden increased to the highest level in six months, flash data from Statistics Sweden confirmed on Thursday. The consumer price index, or CPI, rose 1.1% year-over-year in August, following a 0.8% increase in July.
