German automotive supplier AE closes sites, putting 650 out of work

Erfurt, Germany (dpa) - German automotive sector supplier AE Group will close two production sites, putting some 650 employees out of work, the company announced on Monday. The business, based in the central town of Gerstungen, said it was going into administration in August last year, citing weak demand for its products.
