MARIENTAL, 30 AUG (NAMPA)- President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Saturday extended condolences to the families of the victims of the road accident that claimed 14 lives on the B1 road between Mariental and Kalkrand in the early hours of Saturday.
