ANKARA, August 27 (RIA Novosti) - The new EU anti-Russia sanctions will not negatively impact the Turkish economy if they target only individuals, Hakan Topkurulu, the deputy chairman of Turkey's Patriotic Party (Vatan), told RIA Novosti on Wednesday. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on August 17 that the 19th package of EU sanctions against Russia would be ready in early September.
