WALVIS BAY, 21 AUG (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform will this week meet with fishing industry players to iron out concerns over the recently imposed bycatch rules.
The decision by Cabinet has been met with mixed feelings by operators, who questioned why they were not consulted before implementation.
