UNITED NATIONS, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Tuesday that relief workers, themselves increasingly suffering attacks, are the last lifeline for more than 300 million people caught in conflict or disaster worldwide.
