Kunene Region registers over 6 000 new voters

OPUWO, 14 AUG (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has confirmed that the Kunene Region has registered 6 079 people as part of its supplementary voter registration process that started on 04 August.
Mike Nganjone, ECN’s election officer in the Kunene Region, confirmed these figures to Nampa on Thursday, describing the outcome as a remarkable success owing to the effective ongoing efforts of political parties and voter education off...
