UDINE, Italy, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Paris Saint-Germain rallied from two goals down to beat Tottenham Hotspur 6-5 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in regular time, winning their first UEFA Super Cup at the Stadio Friuli on Wednesday night.
