MOSCOW, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - About 20 people have died and 27 others are still missing after a vessel carrying migrants wrecked off the island of Lampedusa, south of Sicily, a senior correspondent of the Italian Radio Radicale, Sergio Scandura, reported on Wednesday.
