WINDHOEK, 13 AUG (NAMPA) – Inspector General of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), Joseph Shikongo, has warned that reckless use of social media can ruin lives, careers and reputations, in addition to landing perpetrators in prison.
Shikongo made the remarks on Wednesday in Windhoek during the launch of the Ethical Use of Social Media Campaign, spearheaded by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT).
