London (PA Media/dpa) - Drivers in France are being advised to stay off the road between noon and 4 pm (1400 GMT) and cover their rear windows because of soaring temperatures. France is experiencing a harsh heatwave, with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius in some areas.
