SWAKOPMUND, 12 AUG (NAMPA) - The Erongo Regional Council (ERC) has defied a High Court order to reinstate Councillor Benitha Imbamba as chairperson by voting 4-2 during a special council meeting on Tuesday to retain Florian Donatus in the leadership position.
The meeting was convened specifically to determine the way forward following the court ruling.
